Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Surat. The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure that the company’s products meet established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control processes, conducting quality audits, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate records of compliance activities will also be key duties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
- Experience with Quality Management principles and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Skilled in Quality Auditing and identifying areas for improvement
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Capability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, is preferred
- Prior experience in the mining, metals, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
