Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The role involves ensuring product compliance with quality standards, conducting quality audits, and implementing quality assurance processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring quality control activities, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and maintaining quality management systems to support organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Experience with Quality Management and Quality Auditing
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the medical or ophthalmic equipment industry is a plus
- Expertise in technical documentation, formatting, and rigorous quality auditing to ensure publication accuracy
