Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure products and services meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quality inspections, documenting findings, conducting root cause analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive corrective and preventive actions. The specialist will assist in planning and executing internal quality audits, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to established procedures and best practices. The role also requires preparing clear reports, maintaining accurate records, and communicating quality-related updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor effective QA/QC processes.
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles, including establishing metrics, tracking performance, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and the ability to apply GMP guidelines to daily operations where applicable.
- Experience with Quality Auditing, including planning, conducting, and reporting on internal or external audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Mathura and manage responsibilities independently within defined timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, science, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality or auditing are an advantage.
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, or a related industry is beneficial, especially in environments with formal quality systems.
