Role Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. In this position, the specialist will design, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that consulting services and internal operations meet established standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documentation and case files, conducting internal quality checks, monitoring service delivery, and identifying areas for process improvement. The specialist will collaborate with consultants and management to address quality issues, develop corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous enhancement of client-facing and back-office procedures. The role also involves preparing quality reports, supporting internal audits, and promoting a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to systematically evaluate and improve service and process standards.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Management, including setting quality objectives, defining workflows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent quality frameworks, and be able to adapt structured compliance principles to service-based operations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Quality Auditing, including planning and conducting internal audits and documenting findings and follow-up actions.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as quality management, business administration, or engineering), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in reviewing documentation.
- Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, familiarity with process documentation, and competence with office productivity tools and basic data analysis are also advantageous.
