About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Quality & Operations Lead (5–8 Years Experience) to own the end-to-end product quality lifecycle. As we aggressively scale our portfolio, you will bridge the gap between global supply chains and Indian manufacturing execution, managing everything from international supplier samples and SKD assembly transitions to local EMS partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier & Sample Evaluation: Benchmark international supplier samples against strict engineering, functionality, and CMF standards.
- EMS & Assembly Oversight: Establish, audit, and optimize QC lines at local EMS partner facilities for SKD assembly and packaging.
- QC Framework Ownership: Design and implement standard SOPs, IQC, IPQC, and FQC protocols.
- Compliance & Testing: Own the regulatory roadmap (BIS, BEE, etc.) and coordinate directly with third-party testing labs.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for reliability; track defect rates and drive engineering fixes with manufacturing partners.

- Manufacturing Exposure: Proven track record working with international component suppliers and local EMS ecosystems.
- Technical Breadth: Strong understanding of hardware architecture, electronics assembly, plastic injection molding, and BOM management.
- Execution Focus: A high-ownership professional who prefers factory-floor problem-solving over administrative status reports.
