🚀 We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Tester
About Us:
Digi9 is a fast-moving digital company building SaaS, EdTech, and e-commerce platforms. We specialize in creating robust, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.
Role Overview:
As a Freelance QA Tester, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are reliable, user-friendly, and bug-free. You'll work on both manual and automation testing, depending on the project scope. You’ll test features, identify issues, and collaborate closely with our design and development teams to uphold quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform manual and automation testing on web and mobile applications
- Execute various testing types: smoke, regression, functional, cross-browser, and UAT
- Create and run test cases/scripts based on product specifications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, Trello, or similar tools
- Collaborate with developers and designers to validate and verify fixes
- Conduct cross-platform/browser/device testing
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of QA experience
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of the SDLC & bug lifecycle
- Experience writing and executing test cases and reporting bugs
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and organized for remote collaboration
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
- Experience testing SaaS, EdTech, or e-commerce platforms
- Basic understanding of API testing or working with databases
Location: Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore (Work From Office – 5 Days a Week)
Duration: Full Time
Compensation: Up to ₹6,50,000 per annum
