Responsibilities
- Lead and execute QA automation initiatives across clinical and PBM applications
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the Playwright framework
- Utilize Cursor AI or similar AI tools to assist in developing and optimizing test cases
- Perform functional test automation and support regression testing efforts
- Migrate existing automated test scripts from Cypress to Playwright
- Support QA efforts on a formulary project
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Provide guidance and leadership on automation best practices and QA strategy
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- 5-7 years of overall QA and test automation experience
- Strong background in QA and test automation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Playwright
- Cypress
- Experience using AI-assisted testing tools (Cursor AI or similar)
- Strong automation skills with the ability to work independently and lead efforts
- Experience with test management and tracking tools such as Rally, JIRA, or similar
- Solid coding background in Python and/or C#
- Proven experience designing and executing functional and regression automation
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or PBM domain
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
