Experience Required
Minimum 5+ years of QA experience in Identity & Access Management systems.
Job Summary
The QA Specialist will be responsible for validating IAM solutions including Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management systems.
The role requires expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies, test case creation, regression testing, and IAM workflow validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies for IAM applications.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual, regression, smoke, integration, and automated testing.
- Validate identity lifecycle workflows including onboarding, provisioning, transfers, and deprovisioning.
- Create and manage test data for end-to-end IAM testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with development teams to validate enhancements and bug fixes.
- Document testing outcomes, defects, and remediation recommendations.
- Use Selenium and other automation tools for automated testing initiatives.
- Validate integrations involving PeopleSoft HCM and IAM systems.
- Ensure compliance with established QA standards and processes.
- Required Skills
- Strong QA experience in IAM platforms
- Expertise in manual and automated testing
- Selenium automation experience
- Knowledge of IAM workflows and lifecycle management
- Strong defect tracking and reporting skills
- Experience creating test strategies and regression suites
- Understanding of access management and governance systems
Preferred Skills
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM testing
Knowledge of API testing tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, QA Engineering, or related field.
