💥 We’re Hiring: QA/QC Executive | Baroda Location
Shah Brothers is looking for a QA/QC Executive passionate about laboratory excellence and compliance, ensuring all manufacturing, testing, and documentation align with GMP, GLP, and USFDA/EMA standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Review & approve BMRs/BPRs
- Ensure GMP & regulatory compliance
- Participate in regulatory & customer audits
- Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls & risk assessments
- Prepare and review SOPs, quality manuals & policies
- Drive quality KPIs & continuous improvement initiatives
- Review validation & qualification protocols
Quality Control (QC):
- Oversee testing of raw materials, intermediates & finished products
- Review analytical data & ensure timely reporting
- Coordinate with microbiology & analytical labs
- Ensure calibration & maintenance of QC instruments (HPLC, GC, UV)
- Troubleshoot quality issues with cross-functional teams
