Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer located in Pune. The role involves undertaking quality control activities, managing quality assurance processes, and conducting quality audits to ensure compliance with high industry standards. The engineer will also perform detailed inspections and ensure effective quality management across all production processes and systems, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Hands on experience of 2 - 5 years in Quality Control and Inspection to ensure products meet specified standards and requirements.
- Experience in Quality Assurance processes to identify defects, enhance processes, and maintain operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles and the ability to implement effective systems and policies.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and statistical analysis skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required; experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
