Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lonavala for a Quality Assurance Quality Control professional. The role involves overseeing the implementation of quality assurance and quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing processes, performing quality audits, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and driving overall quality management processes across the organization. The role also requires conducting inspections, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with teams to ensure consistent product excellence.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles and practices
- Expertise in Quality Management processes and systems
- Experience in performing Quality Auditing and ensuring compliance standards
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing effective quality improvement plans
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO, Six Sigma, or related fields, is a plus
