Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram is for a Quality Assurance and Quality Control professional. The role involves overseeing quality assurance and control processes, implementing quality management systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting quality audits. The professional will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, resolving quality-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices to monitor and maintain standards in products and processes.
- Experience in Quality Management and implementation of quality management systems.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and their application in operations.
- Skills in Quality Auditing to analyze processes and ensure compliance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
