Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Professional based in Baddi. The Quality Assurance Professional will oversee various quality assurance activities including monitoring production processes, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves managing quality documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions. The professional will ensure that all manufacturing activities adhere to standard operating procedures and quality control protocols to maintain high-quality pharmaceutical formulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulatory compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience in internal audits, documentation, and preparing regulatory submissions.
- Proficiency in quality control tools, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with processes involved in pharmaceutical formulations and dosage manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present quality metrics effectively.
