Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Jaipur. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the implementation of quality standards, develop quality control processes, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with teams to identify process improvements, conducting internal audits, and providing training on quality-related procedures. Ensuring operational efficiency and managing compliance with NABL, NABH, and other regulatory requirements will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance standards, compliance requirements (e.g., NABL, NABH), and regulatory frameworks in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing quality control processes and conducting internal audits.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
- Experience in training, coaching teams, and promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows and process optimization practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced certifications in quality management or healthcare compliance are preferred.
