Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Rajkot. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, monitoring production to identify discrepancies, and providing actionable solutions to enhance product quality. The Quality Assurance Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company certifications.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing procedures, and standards
- Experience with implementing and managing certifications such as FSC® and BRCGS
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in working with modern production technologies and quality control tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly beneficial
- Commitment to sustainability and understanding of eco-friendly manufacturing practices is a plus
