Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in G.Noida,UP, India. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing product quality and compliance with regulatory standards across pharmaceutical, herbal, and veterinary product lines. Key day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality procedures, conducting audits, monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to GMP and other certifications, and leading quality assurance teams. The role also involves preparing documentation and reports while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, GMP standards, and regulatory compliance (National and International) in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in conducting internal and external quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience in managing quality control processes for product categories including pharmaceuticals, herbals, and veterinary products.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Knowledge of ISO and WHO-GMP certifications and ability to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Educational qualifications in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or higher preferred).
- Should have good communication skills.
