ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Quality Head / Quality Manager to lead the complete quality function with a strong focus on AS9100 / EN certification, documentation systems, process control and audit readiness for our advanced engineering polymer division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead implementation and certification of AS9100 / EN quality systems
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation, SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans and traceability systems
• Handle internal, external and customer audits
• Drive CAPA, RCA, continual improvement and process discipline across operations
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams on quality-related matters
• Improve in-process quality, reduce rejection/rework and strengthen supplier quality systems
• Ensure compliance with EN9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and customer-specific requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong hands-on experience with EN9100 / aerospace quality systems- 5-6+ years experience in EN9100 system minimum
• Excellent documentation and audit handling capability
• Knowledge of quality tools: PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, CAPA, RCA
• Experience in precision manufacturing, polymers, machining or engineered components preferred
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
Candidates with prior experience in aerospace manufacturing environments will be preferred.
