Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chhatral for the role of Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality compliance during the manufacturing process, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality control systems, performing regular audits, analyzing test data, and collaborating across departments to resolve quality-related issues. The role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting sustainable manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance protocols, process audits, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in quality testing methods, including bond strength tests, UTM, leakage, and bursting strength assessments
- Ability to develop, implement, and enhance QA policies for operational efficiency
- Proven skills in implementing solutions to improve product quality and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of materials like HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE and their applications in flexible tube packaging
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to address production and quality challenges
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (required)
- Experience with ISO standards and sustainability-focused manufacturing is a plus
