Your Role: Quality Assurance Manager
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, process-driven Quality Assurance Manager to own and elevate quality standards across our products, processes, and customer experience. This role will play a critical part in ensuring consistency, reducing defects, and strengthening our promise of delivering excellence at scale.
- This is a shopfloor-based role, requiring close collaboration with production teams and hands-on involvement in day-to-day manufacturing quality processes.
Type: Full-time role with exciting growth opportunities.

Bhumi World, Bhiwandi (Kalyan phata)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, Industrial/Production Management, or a related field
Diploma holders with relevant QA/QC experience in manufacturing/printing can also be considered
Basic understanding of quality tools (RCA, 5 Why, etc.) is preferred
Familiarity with printing processes/materials is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement quality standards for finished goods
- Conduct in-line and final QC checks across production
- Monitor shop floor activities to ensure quality adherence
- Identify defects early and drive real-time corrections
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and reduce rework/rejections
- Inspect incoming materials and coordinate with vendors on quality
- Own final QC before dispatch (product, finishing, packaging)
- Train QC staff and build a quality-first culture
- Track and report key quality metrics
Improve quality practices on the shop floor by making technical processes and systems better, including:
- Implementing preventive maintenance practices to reduce downtime and defects
- Setting up standards for print technologies based on different merchandise and substrate requirements
- Establishing and enforcing product testing protocols such as scratch tests, wash tests, drop tests, etc., across various substrates and kits
