Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and uphold the quality standards of our diagnostic manufacturing processes. This on-site role, located in Vadodara, involves developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, monitoring production processes, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and identifying areas for improvement. The Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet regulatory and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, including quality control, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the diagnostics or healthcare manufacturing industry.
- Skills in Process Management, Documentation, Auditing, and Risk Assessment techniques.
- Proficiency with tools and methodologies used in diagnostics production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with teams effectively.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields; advanced certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
- Prior experience in the IVD or diagnostics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
