Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality
assurance efforts for automotive embedded middleware development. The ideal candidate
will have a deep understanding of AUTOSAR, functional safety (ISO 26262), security
standards, and certification processes up to ASIL D. This role offers a unique opportunity to
ensure the highest level of quality and safety in our products and contribute to the
advancement of automotive technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain a
robust quality management system aligned with industry standards and best
practices, including ISO9001, ISO16949 or equivalent relevant certification
Artificial Intelligence:
- Use AI tools for automated reviews, defect prediction, documentation
validation, and compliance checks.
- Apply AI-driven methods for requirement analysis, code quality evaluation,
and test optimization.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using data and AI-generated insights.
- Mentor teams on quality, AI usage, safety, and cybersecurity best practices.

3. Process Improvement: Good knowledge of ASPICE, Lead continuous
improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and workflows,
driving efficiency, reliability, and compliance with quality and safety standards
throughout the product lifecycle.
4. Risk Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk
management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to
automotive embedded middleware development, including functional safety
hazards, security vulnerabilities, and compliance risks.
5. Quality Assurance: Define and enforce quality assurance processes and
methodologies to ensure the integrity, reliability, and safety of software
products. Establish metrics, KPIs, and quality objectives to monitor and
improve product quality throughout development and testing phases.
6. Audits and Assessments: Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify
compliance with QMS requirements, industry standards, and customer
specifications. Coordinate external audits and assessments with certification
bodies and regulatory authorities as needed.
7. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers and
subcontractors to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier
assessments, and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual
obligations.
8. Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to
project teams and stakeholders on quality management principles, standards,
and practices. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor&39s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in quality management in the automotive industry or
related technology sector, with a focus on embedded software development.
ISO9001, ISO16949 or equivalent relevant certification
Mandatory hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs, AI static
analysis, automated risk prediction).
Good knowledge of AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ISO/SAE
21434 (Cybersecurity)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
methodologies, quality assurance practices, and risk management principles.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining quality
management systems and achieving certification to industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external
stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certification as a Quality Manager (e.g., CQM, CMQ/OE) or relevant
professional certifications.
