Key Responsibilities
• Supplier Quality Engineer specializing in electrical engineering with a focus on
PCB , magnetics core, and capacitors.
• Lead supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality management
systems and processes.
• Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives through the
implementation of robust quality control measures like SPC, MSA , Poka
Yoke, Kaizen.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop comprehensive corrective and
preventive action plans for quality issues.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and track key performance indicators
(KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Review supplier documentation and quality records to ensure accuracy and
completeness.
• Support new product development projects by qualifying new suppliers and
ensuring adherence to quality standards and ensuring PPAP for new product
developments.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior members of the supplier quality
assurance team.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure supplier
compliance with relevant requirements.
Qualification
• B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics and Communication)
Experience
• 5 to 10 years of experience in High Voltage Electrical Industry
