Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Quality Assurance Manager at Neelkanth Minechem. The role involves overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, managing the quality assurance team, and conducting regular audits. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management systems, analyzing quality data, collaborating with production teams to maintain quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, GMP, Drug Manufacturing regulations).
- Proficiency in conducting audits, developing quality management systems, and analyzing quality metrics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving process improvements.
- Knowledge of minerals processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices, including regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Jodhpur full-time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in quality management or pharmaceutical practices are an advantage.
