Professional Summary

Results-driven QA Manager with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in quality assurance, process improvement, and compliance with international standards. Extensive knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO standards, and Six Sigma methodologies, with a proven track record of enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department to ensure product and process quality.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other automotive quality standards.

Develop and implement quality control systems, SOPs, and inspection processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and support external audits.

Monitor quality KPIs such as PPM, rejection rates, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams for process optimization and defect reduction.

Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC activities.

Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.

Key Skills

Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred)
