Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee daily quality control activities, ensuring that all RMC and D-wall production processes meet or exceed industry standards and certifications. Responsibilities include implementing quality assurance processes, conducting lab testing, managing inspections on-site and in production plants, collaborating with teams to address quality concerns, and maintaining compliance with ISO and QCI standards. Additionally, the role will involve strategizing to improve operational efficiency while upholding the company’s sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, including ISO 9001 and QCI standards.
- Experience with lab testing procedures and equipment for concrete strength and durability.
- Expertise in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and Diaphragm Wall (D-wall) processes and technologies.
- Proven ability to manage on-site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality benchmarks.
- Proficiency in monitoring production workflows and identifying areas for process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in quality management are a plus.
- Experience in sustainability practices or initiatives in construction material production is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills to guide teams and ensure quality excellence.
