Role Description
The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and ensure the quality of all manufacturing processes and products. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality management systems, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000 standards, and identifying areas for quality improvement. The role will also require preparing quality reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality assurance protocols. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gujarat, India.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems, Quality Audits, and ISO standards (preferably FSSC 22000).
- Experience with quality control processes in food manufacturing, including sampling and testing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Leadership and team management skills for overseeing and coordinating quality assurance teams.
- Proficient communication and documentation skills for reporting quality performance and compliance.
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and best practices for maintaining quality and safety.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Quality Management, or any related field.
- Prior experience in a similar quality-focused role is advantageous.
