To lead and strengthen the Quality Management System across aerospace manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring full compliance with global aviation standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. The role is responsible for driving zero-defect culture, regulatory readiness, supplier quality
excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in aerospace manufacturing or MRO environment.
• Strong exposure to regulatory audits (DGCA, FAA, EASA).
• Experience working with aerospace OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or complex manufacturing environments preferred.
