Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality control processes, ensure compliance with product standards, and implement quality improvement initiatives. This role involves managing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, analyzing quality data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance production quality. The manager will play a critical role in problem-solving and addressing quality-related challenges, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, quality control processes, and industry standards
- Experience in managing quality audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency in relevant quality management software and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the packaging industry and knowledge of sustainable practices is a plus
