We are looking for an experienced Head – Quality to lead and manage quality assurance processes across jewellery manufacturing and operations. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards in product quality, craftsmanship, certification compliance, and process control.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards for gold, diamond, and jewellery products
- Monitor finishing, polishing, setting, and craftsmanship quality
- Conduct inspections across raw materials, production, and finished products
- Ensure BIS hallmarking and diamond certification compliance
- Implement quality control SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor quality audits and supplier quality standards
- Monitor stock quality across warehouses and retail stores
- Train teams on quality standards and best practices
🎯 Requirements
- Strong knowledge of jewellery quality standards and craftsmanship
- Understanding of gold purity, diamonds, and gemstones
- Expertise in quality audits, inspections, and process control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Vendor management and coordination abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certification in Jewellery Design / Gemology preferred
