Job Role: ServiceNow QA Leas ( Telecome Domain)
📍 Location: Pune (Preferred) | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai
💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
💰 Budget: Up to 19 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days
🧑💼 Role Type: Consulting
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead testing activities in Telecom Service Assurance projects
- Perform integration testing (API flows, cross-domain dependencies)
- Analyze BRD, HLSD, DLD to define test scope
- Create Test Strategy & Test Plans
- Manage team deliverables and coordinate with cross-functional/vendor teams
- Drive test automation initiatives
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence for tracking & reporting
Required Skills:
- Strong QA experience in Telecom domain
- Preferred tools: ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, Viavi, Fibia, Opennet
- Hands-on API & integration testing experience
- Proven team leadership experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
