Quality Assurance Executive (Food Industry)

Role StandardAt Mill Story, quality is built into the process — not checked only at the end. This role is responsible for maintaining food safety, process control, product consistency, and compliance across daily operations.
What You Will DoManage Daily Quality Operations
- Monitor quality across raw material, milling, sieving, packing, and finished goods
- Ensure products consistently meet defined quality standards
- Identify deviations early and coordinate corrective actions on the floor
Drive Food Safety & Compliance
- Maintain GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI compliance across operations
- Monitor hygiene and food safety practices across production areas
- Support internal audits, documentation, and process implementation
Handle QA/QC Testing & Records
- Conduct and monitor routine quality checks and testing
- Maintain QA records, reports, checklists, and traceability documents
- Coordinate external lab testing and sample management when required
Work Closely With Production
- Coordinate with milling, packing, and operations teams to maintain process consistency
- Support troubleshooting when product quality issues arise
- Ensure SOPs and defined process controls are followed consistently
Support Continuous Improvement
- Help strengthen systems, controls, and quality practices across the facility
- Train operators and workers on hygiene and quality standards
- Contribute to building a disciplined, process-driven production environment
What We Expect- 3–4 years of QA experience in food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety systems
- Practical approach to shop-floor quality management
- Strong documentation and observation skills
- Ability to handle responsibility independently and take ownership of quality processes
