Key Responsibilities:
- Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Rules, and applicable
regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain and implement SOPs related to storage, handling, distribution, and
documentation of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all products, including temperature-
sensitive items.
2.Documentation and Record Management:
- Maintain QA documentation including:
- Temperature & humidity logs
- Complaint records
- Recall records
- Supplier qualification records
- Training records
- CAPA records
- Verify batch details, expiry dates, invoices, and related documents.
3.Product Handling and Monitoring:
- Monitor inward and outward movement of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure segregation of expired, damaged, rejected, or recalled products.
- Coordinate product recall activities whenever required.
4.Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Evaluate and approve vendors/suppliers as per company quality standards.
- Maintain vendor qualification documentation.
5.Audit and Inspection:
- Assist during regulatory inspections and internal audits.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively.
6.Training and Coordination:
- Conduct quality and compliance training for warehouse and operational staff.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and regulatory teams.
Qualification and Certification:
1. B Pharma / M Pharma preferred
2. Candidates must be registered with Pharmacy Council of India.
3. Candidates have training certificate in GDP from any Institute
Experience:
2–4 years’ experience in QA/QC/GDP compliance in pharmaceutical trading,
distribution, or manufacturing industry preferred.

5. Computer proficiency (MS Office/ERP)
6. Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Knowledge
1. Experience in pharma distribution/stockist operations
2. Understanding of product recall procedures
