Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer based in Chennai. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by executing test plans, performing manual testing, and identifying bugs or inconsistencies. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining test cases, analyzing testing results, and collaborating with development teams to deliver a high-quality user experience in ZyNerd’s solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Test Execution, Manual Testing, and Software Testing
- Proficiency in creating detailed and structured Test Cases
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and practices
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying software defects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the ed-tech or software development industry is a plus
