Quality Assurance Engineer

Yutitech is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our software products. This role requires a strong balance of automation expertise and manual testing capabilities, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications
2. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium (Web) and Appium (Mobile)
3. Write automation scripts in Python to improve test coverage and efficiency
4. Perform manual testing including functional, regression, and exploratory testing
5. Identify, track, and verify defects in collaboration with development teams
6. Contribute to test frameworks and continuously improve QA processes
7. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required Skills & Experience
1. 3+ years of experience in QA with automation focus
2. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium
3. Proficiency in Python for test automation
4. Experience with frameworks like PyTest or Robot Framework
5. Solid understanding of manual testing and test case design
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of SQL and backend testing
2. Experience with performance or integration testing
3. Exposure to tools like TestNG or JUnit
