Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, business analysts, and business partners to understand and analyze business requirements for projects
- Expertise in Database Management Systems
- Experience on any of the Reporting tool (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
- Break down business requirements into functional components to document test plans and test scripts to verify application functionality
- Develop Test plans for Functional, integration, and regression tests and ensure that tests are successfully completed prior to production
- Lead Functional, Integration, Database Testing and Regression test execution across various environments
- Coordinate with UAT team in conducting Application Acceptance testing
- Report and track defects and issues and communicate results to the Test Lead / Project team
- Evaluate upstream/downstream/parallel components to identify and mitigate potential areas of risk
- Assist in test case development for new functionality and regression testing
- Voice project concerns and impacts to Test Lead / Project team
