We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled QA Engineer to join our product team. This role focuses on testing VBA language extensions and newly developed product features. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, independent contributor with a passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. The candidate must work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases, drive test coverage, and proactively contribute to product enhancements. This is a critical role that requires white-box testing capability (or the willingness to learn), strong communication skills, and the ability to act as a quality ambassador within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
- Strong manual testing experience, with knowledge of blackbox testing techniques and functional testing. Expert in stakeholder reporting and communication across cross functional teams. Proactive in planning the tasks and capable of handling projects parallely. Prior ERP knowledge would be a plus. Ability to write clear and concise test cases. Test planning. Critical analysis and time management skills. Experience with any test management tools. Ability to troubleshoot issues and understand the root cause of problems rather than just understanding the problem at UI/frontend level.
