✅ What You'll Do:
• Own end-to-end testing of web and mobile healthcare applications
• Design, review, and execute test cases for new and existing features
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Log and track defects using JIRA / Qase.io — ensuring nothing slips through
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and BAs to clarify requirements and scenarios
• Support daily regression cycles and release validation for eCareHealth products
• Uphold HIPAA / PHI compliance and maintain testing traceability
• Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and documentation
• Be an active part of our Agile/Scrum ceremonies
🛠️ What We're Looking For:
• 1–3 years of hands-on QA experience (manual + some automation)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
• Experience with JIRA, Qase.io, Postman, or similar tools
• Exposure to healthcare/clinical software (EHR/EMR) is a big plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset
🎓 Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🌟 Nice to Have:
• SQL and data validation knowledge
• Familiarity with Selenium or Cypress
• Interest in leveraging AI tools (like Claude AI or Cursor) for QA efficiency
• Exposure to AWS/Azure environments
