We’re looking for a Lead QA – Automated Tester to join our growing team! If you have a passion for automation, precision, and software quality, this is your chance to work on impactful projects alongside developers, PMs, and product teams.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
- Collaborate closely with development teams to triage and resolve defects.
- Ensure robust test planning, test data management, and reporting.
- Lead performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Follow Agile processes, contribute to user stories, and maintain QA documentation.
âś… What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java/Python/JS and BDD tools (e.g., Cucumber).
- Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure) and Docker/containerization.
- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile environments is a must.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification preferred.
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in IT or related field.
