What You’ll Work On
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud testing
- Functional, Regression, Integration & End-to-End Testing
- Validation of Flows, Apex Triggers & Automation
- API Testing using REST & SOAP
- Salesforce integration testing with ERP & external systems
- Defect tracking & root cause analysis using JIRA
- Agile/Scrum-based delivery environments
Key Skills Required
- Hands-on Salesforce QA/testing experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models & security
- Experience with API and integration testing
- Expertise in test planning, test case design & defect management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
