Role: QA Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Work Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
Location: 100% Remote
We are looking for a proactive QA Engineer to support Loyalty Technology by ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on testing and automation experience, preferably with Mabl, along with excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform UI/web application and API testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality releases.
- Take ownership of assigned testing activities and communicate progress effectively.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and business requirements.
Requirements
- Experience testing web applications and APIs.
- Strong hands-on test automation experience.
- Experience with Mabl is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, learn quickly, and take responsibility for deliverables.
