⭐ About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer(s) who thinks beyond test cases-someone who understands ERPs, business productivity tools and multi module workflows, anticipates failure points, and ensures every module works seamlessly with the next.
This role is critical to maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and workflow reliability across the platforms and various projects, while also validating new features and enhancements as the product(s) evolve. You will be the final gatekeeper of product quality before features reach customers.
⭐ What you will own
- End‑to‑end testing of multi‑module workflows (e.g., CRM → Finance → Inventory → Projects).
- Quality of core business processes: invoicing, payments, payroll, procurement, stock movement, POS transactions.
- Stability and accuracy of cross‑module data sync and API interactions
- Reliability of role-based access, approvals, and automation flows.
- Quality insights that directly influence product decisions and release readiness.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans and scenarios across CRM, HRMS, Finance, POS, Procurement, Inventory, and Projects.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Validate end‑to‑end workflows such as:
- Lead → Deal → Invoice → Payment
- Purchase → Inbound Shipments → Stock Update
- Payroll → Compliance
- POS → Inventory Sync
- Conduct API testing and validate backend logic using SQL.
- Execute and maintain automation scripts (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
- Test mobile apps for POS, CRM, and approvals.
- Log, track, and verify defects using Jira.
- Generate clear, actionable test reports.
- Participate in SDLC/STLC and ensure quality gates at every stage.
- Continuously improve QA processes and automation coverage.
⭐ What You Bring
- 4–5 years of experience in manual + automation testing.
- Strong skills in test case design, scenario coverage, and documentation.
- Hands‑on experience with API testing and SQL validation.
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
- Experience testing workflow-heavy, multi-module SaaS products.
- Ability to think in terms of business processes, not just screens.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- High ownership mindset — you don’t stop at reporting issues; you drive them to closure.
⭐ Good To Have
- Experience with GST, invoicing, payroll, procurement, or POS systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic scripting in Java/Python/JavaScript.
- Understanding of AI-assisted automation or rule-based workflow engines.
