Position: Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. The role involves designing and executing test cases, performing manual and basic automated testing, identifying defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product functionality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases to validate software functionality and performance
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect-tracking tools
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve issues
- Perform manual testing and support automation testing activities across various components of the platform
- Participate in regression, integration, system, and UAT testing activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing; exposure to automation is an added advantage
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good communication and coordination skills
Nice to Have
- Experience testing enterprise or SaaS-based applications
- Exposure to GRC, compliance, or risk management domains
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Additional Information
- This is a full-time Work from Office role
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office 5 days a week
- Work from Home / Hybrid option is not available for this position
