About The Company
True Tech Professionals is a leading innovator in the technology sector, specializing in developing advanced solutions for warehouse automation and logistics management. Our company is committed to transforming traditional warehouse operations through cutting-edge technology, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability for our clients worldwide. With a focus on research and development, we strive to deliver reliable, intelligent systems that optimize inventory management, autonomous decision-making, and operational workflows. Our team comprises industry experts dedicated to pushing the boundaries of warehouse automation, making us a trusted partner for businesses seeking to modernize their supply chain processes.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer / SDET with a deep understanding of warehouse systems to join our dynamic team at True Tech Professionals. This role involves taking ownership of testing complex, decision-driven warehouse platforms that manage critical workflows such as inventory movement, order processing, and autonomous task execution. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse execution systems (WES), and logistics platforms, coupled with a strong background in automation and UI testing. You will be instrumental in ensuring the robustness, reliability, and performance of our systems through comprehensive regression testing, validation of warehouse workflows, and decision-driven system testing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative solutions that directly impact physical warehouse operations, requiring a proactive approach, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of operational constraints.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA or SDET roles, with proven expertise in testing warehouse systems and autonomous decision-making platforms. Strong proficiency in Python automation is essential, along with experience using Playwright for UI automation. Candidates should have a solid understanding of warehouse workflows, including order lifecycle, inventory transitions, and task management, as well as experience testing decision-driven systems that prioritize, assign, and optimize tasks autonomously. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to think in terms of system states, flows, and failure scenarios. Experience with distributed or event-driven architectures, robotics, or industrial automation systems is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer / SDET at True Tech Professionals, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and maintaining comprehensive end-to-end regression suites for critical warehouse workflows, ensuring they are stable, reliable, and CI/CD-ready.
- Identifying and safeguarding key workflows such as order lifecycle, inventory state transitions, and task management, ensuring regressions detect workflow failures, decision logic side effects, and downstream operational issues.
- Validating real-world warehouse processes including inbound putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and exception handling, under conditions of high order volumes and resource constraints.
- Testing autonomous decision-making systems that prioritize, assign, and reassign tasks, ensuring decisions respect operational constraints, are consistent, and recover safely from failures through scenario-based testing.
- Developing scalable automation scripts using Python to test backend APIs, core workflows, and decision logic validation, and creating reusable frameworks for test data setup, state validation, and end-to-end scenario execution.
- Automating UI workflows with Playwright for order operations, inventory dashboards, and warehouse control panels, focusing on high-risk operator actions and critical visibility layers to ensure UI reflects backend states accurately.
- Validating data consistency across UI, APIs, and databases, testing asynchronous and event-driven systems, and debugging issues using logs, API traces, and SQL queries, while reporting issues with warehouse impact in mind.
