Role Description The Quality Assurance Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. This role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for backend services, data workflows, and web applications. The Quality Assurance Engineer will perform manual testing, validate new features, identify defects, and ensure software meets functional and performance requirements before release. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with developers and product team members, documenting issues clearly, participating in reviews, and helping improve testing processes and quality standards. The role also includes contributing to test planning and supporting continuous improvement of the overall software testing strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Software Testing and Quality Assurance principles.
- Ability to design, document, and maintain effective Test Cases.
- Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and Test Execution.
- Basic understanding of backend services, databases, and web applications.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and clear bug reporting practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
