About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take complete ownership of the products being shipped. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of everything that goes out to our users.
When you say a feature is working fine, it must work fine - across scenarios, edge cases, and real-world usage. Quality is not just about finding bugs; it's about thinking like the end user and making sure we ship products that people can trust.
We are building AI-powered products and are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience who is curious, detail-oriented, and has exposure to testing modern web applications and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases for web and AI-powered applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Test APIs, user flows, and application performance across browsers and devices.
- Validate AI-generated outputs and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers.
- Participate in release testing and deployment validation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
- Experience testing web applications and APIs.
- Exposure to AI-based products, chatbots, copilots, or LLM-powered applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
