Job Description:
We are seeking a QA Engineer Senior (Manual) responsible for designing and executing test plans, performing various testing activities, and ensuring product quality. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, defect management, adherence to data privacy standards, and contribution to process improvements.

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with programmers, project managers, and data analysts to ensure quality and accuracy of feature implementations.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using standard defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on business logic and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in survey testing.
- Mentor new QA team members and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+yrs experience in Manual Quality Assurance (QA).
- Experience in manual testing of a business application (testing analytics applications)
- Strong understanding of data validation and data quality processes.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience / ability in Test case and test scenario creation
- Experience working with data-intensive applications and large datasets.
- Knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
