Role Description
Customer Complaint receipt and acknowledgement.
Root Cause analysis and CAPA Implementation.
Customer communication and closure.
Customer Audit preparation and readiness.
Audit Execution and Support.
NC Closure and Customer communication.
Documentation and Records.
Qualifications
- BE/ B-Tech- Mechanical with min. 5 Years of experience.
- Quality Control and Assurance experience
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Experience in conducting product inspections
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Previous experience in the electrical industry is a plus
