The Quality Assurance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that applications are reliable, seamless, and ready for real users. This role focuses on identifying gaps, improving processes, and maintaining high product standards across every release.

What This Role Will Focus On
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Perform manual and/or automated testing across applications
- Identify, track, and document bugs with clarity
- Collaborate with developers, product, and design teams
- Validate functionality, usability, and performance
- Contribute to test automation frameworks where applicable
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
- Continuously improve testing processes and coverage
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–6 years of experience in software testing or QA
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
