We are seeking a talented and driven QA Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional who thrives on solving complex problems, building robust automation, and driving meaningful process improvements.
Role Overview
The QA Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our products. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in both manual and automation testing, combined with the analytical mindset required to design scalable QA workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts across manual and automated testing functions.
- Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks to improve coverage, efficiency, and release velocity.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
- Implement and refine QA workflows, processes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and API testing to ensure end-to-end product quality.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align quality standards with business and product objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Strong experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement QA processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
