We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Intermediate QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both UI automation using Selenium and API automation testing, with a proven ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain automated test suites for web interfaces and APIs.
- Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing across supported platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements, review designs, and define test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, including verification of completed fixes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum team.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Enhance automation frameworks to improve maintainability, reusability, and execution efficiency.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and build workflows.
- Support the architecture and scaling of frameworks based on patterns such as Page Object, keyword-driven, and data-driven testing.
- Develop clean, modular, and scalable test code that follows established coding standards.
- Create automated routines and SQL queries for backend data validation and database integrity checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software test automation and quality assurance.
- Automation and Programming Skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Strong experience with UI automation using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Hands-on experience developing automated API tests with Postman, RestAssured, Playwright API, or similar tools.
- Delivery Tools and Practices
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development practices.
- Quality Engineering and Data Validation
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and the software development life cycle.
- Strong SQL and BigQuery skills for backend data validation and automated test setup and teardown.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to Golang, BigQuery.
